Bhukka Nawab
open when nothing else is — soon

Still hungry
at 1 a.m.?
Same.

Bhukka Nawab is a street kitchen built for the late shift: tandoor rolls off a roaring fire, fries buried in chutney and seekh, chai boiled hard enough to restart your night. We're wiring up the signage now.

The board

Chalked up for opening night.

Everything below comes off a two-man line: one on the tandoor, one on the flat-top. Heat levels run from "aram se" (easy) to "full bhukkad" (you asked for it). Draft board — a few things will change before we fire up for real.

Why late

Good food shouldn't clock out at nine.

Every desi city has one: the roadside kitchen that feeds the cab drivers, the hospital shift, the students who swore they'd sleep early. The tandoor stays lit, the chai stays boiling, and nobody asks why you're out so late.

Bhukka Nawab brings that kitchen here. Same family as Bhuka Nawab — our daytime, sit-down sibling — but this one runs on the night schedule, with a shorter board and a louder fire.

Exact hours and the address go up the week we open. Until then, the sign below is our best honest answer.

Opening-night list

First hundred names on the list get first crack at opening night. We'll send exactly two messages: "we're building" and "we're open." That's it.
